Q. What is your minimum purchase?
A. We do not have a minimum purchase. Over the years, we have accumulated hundreds of customers who own small boutiques who sell jewelry on the side. Many of these customers have only one display case of jewelry and replace items they sell on a daily basis, or take orders for items they sell on a daily basis. This happens very frequently with rings, which come in a variety of sizes, and also with engravable items, which are usually ordered one at a time. To accommodate these customers, we do not have a minimum purchase.
Q. How long will it take to receive my order?
A. This usually depends on your location. The closer you are to Atlanta GA, the sooner you will receive your order. If you are on the west coast, it usually takes 3-5 days. Sometimes longer if you are located in a rural area. We offer expedited and rush shipping options. In the event an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of an estimated shipping date.
Q. Do you take international orders?
A. Yes, but not to all countries. We have had problems with customs and transit times in certain countries and we will no longer ship to those. Please email or call us in advance if you need us to ship internationally and we can advise you of your options and your costs.
Q. Do you drop ship?
A. Yes. Please email or call us regarding drop ship arrangements.
Q. Can I return something that I received over 7 days ago?
A. Only in rare instances, we will make exceptions, but generally, the answer is no.
Q. Do you have a showroom I can visit?
A. We work out of a warehouse in a secure building. Arrangements can be made to visit us, but unless you are a long term customer, we usually refuse guests. We will however, be happy to meet you for a coffee and a pastry at coffeeshop.
Q. Do you take other forms of payment besides credit card?
A. Yes. Please email or call us to make arrangements for other options.
